Flair’s Marketing office and in-house NPD Design Team are based in our Group Offices in Santry, Dublin. Customer Service is based in Kingscourt, Cavan and distribution depots are in Santry, Dublin, Bailieborough & Lisburn

The Opportunity

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic growing company. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing marketing strategies and executing integrated marketing plans, in Ireland and export markets while managing key stakeholders and inspiring a team. This person should be equally proficient in delivering agreed marketing plans as well as NPD innovation plans and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time and will be responsible for delivering our ambitious brand plans across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Flair Brand Marketing Strategy in line with the Brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for the successful growth of the Flair Brand in Ireland, GB, Export and Specification markets working with key stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing plans for key product categories across traditional and digital channels to deliver competitive ROI.
  • Develop marketing plans for any newly acquired brands.
  • Successfully launch all NPD and product refreshes to support brand growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop the Flair marketing team.
  • Work with agencies on the development of marketing materials production (Trade Shows, PR, Media, Advertising).
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Reporting on marketing campaign performance and implementing improvements to improve ROI.
  • Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Marketing budget management

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experienced senior marketer with at least 5 years’ experience operating in a leadership position managing a big brand, cross-category, and cross markets.
  • A proven ability to lead & develop the marketing team to allow each individual to reach their potential
  • A strategic thinker with a proven entrepreneurial mindset, great leadership skills and an ability to get things done.
  • A creative storyteller with experience in developing successful brand communications.
  • A proven people person, with great communication skills, and an ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in developing best-in-class B2B brand marketing, KBB industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Achieves results through others, provides clear direction; delegates and empowers others to achieve results to improve individual and team performance.
  • Strong data analytical and presentation skills.

Head Office in Dublin and Lisburn. Hybrid working option. Flexibility required for travel in Ireland, UK and to international customers and trade shows.
